Synova Global Launches Exchange-as-a-Service, Powering Its First Two Markets: NativX and Panoptes

BOULDER, Colo., July 7, 2026. Synova Global today launched its exchange-as-a-service platform, a full trading and settlement stack delivered as turnkey infrastructure for any asset class. Alongside the launch, the company named its first two licensed markets: NativX, tokenizing accelerated compute and connectivity, and Panoptes, tokenizing real-world farmland.

Synova Global owns and licenses the core market infrastructure: Titan, its matching and settlement engine; Venue, the front-end trading and onboarding experience; and an index and oracle layer. Banking and custody are drop-in ready, so operators connect institutional-grade providers rather than building financial plumbing themselves. An operator can license the stack and stand up a compliance-ready, branded market in weeks rather than the year or more a ground-up build typically takes. NativX and Panoptes are the first two operators to do it.
